Registrations, requests and members
Pro Domme Society is a trade name of Insert Internetuitgeverij (Dutch Chamber of Commerce 27190568). Insert Internetuitgeverij is responsible for the processing of your personal data.
Registering for an event. When you register for an event, workshop or training, we keep your name, e-mail address, the tickets, any membership number and the payment status. We need this to organise the event, confirm your place and inform you (performance of the contract). We keep payment details for as long as the law requires for accounting purposes (7 years); we delete the other registration details once they are no longer needed.
Requesting access to a private party. When you request access, we keep your name, e-mail address, phone number, the number of persons, the name of your partner, what you tell us about yourself and your experience with BDSM, and any referee within Pro Domme Society. We only use this information to assess your request and inform you about it. We delete it no later than 30 days after the event.
Members. For members we keep the membership number, name, e-mail address and duration of the membership, for the member benefits (member prices) and access to the learning environment. You log in to the learning environment with your BDSMforyou account; BDSMforyou is also a trade name of Insert Internetuitgeverij. After the membership ends, we delete your details once they are no longer needed.
E-mail and storage. We send confirmations and reminders by e-mail. The website and the data are stored on a secure server in the European Union. We do not share your data with others, unless the law requires it.
Visitor statistics. The website counts visits without cookies and without storing IP addresses; we only see totals per day and per page.
Your rights
You have the right to view, have your data corrected, or have it deleted. You may also object to the use of your data or request a restriction on its processing. A request for this can be easily made via email. We will respond carefully and within a reasonable timeframe.
